Guillotines
With 2 Guillotines we can cut a wide range of material. Ranging from 0.8mm right up to 12mm over 4 meter long. Guillotines are fully CNC Operated.
Bending Brakes
Our bending facilities consist of 300 Ton 4 Meter Machine, 1 x 135 Ton 3 meter Machine, 2 x 100 Ton 3 Meter Machine and 1 x 1.2 75 Ton Press brake.
CNC Punching
With 2 Trumph 500R Punch Machines, we can almost punch any shape and form or product to an accuracy of 0.005mm in no time.Material that can be punched varies from 0.8mm to 6mm mild steel Aluminium 0.9mm to 6mm , Stainless Steel 0.9mm to 4mm. Other material can also be punched prior to confirmation.
CNC Profile cutting
With our advance profile cutter that consists of 3 Heads we can cut up to 200mm Mild steel with pin point accuracy.
